Field of work
Industrial designer specializing in sustainable innovation and the circular economy, I support companies in developing responsible products, from design to industrialization.
My approach aims to turn environmental constraints into drivers of innovation and can be applied to a wide range of projects :

•  Development of new products
•  Upgrading of existing products
•  Specialized non-commercial tools
•  Technological demonstrators
Process
Understanding Needs & Market Analysis
Every collaboration starts with understanding your company, its vision, values, and ambitions. Together, we clarify the project strategy, assess your positioning, and identify your target audience’s needs along with innovation opportunities.
We analyze your market research and can apply design thinking tools to uncover user innovation opportunities that align with user behaviors and competing value propositions.
Ideation & Prototyping
Different directions are explored through usage scenarios, 3D models and mock-ups. Each one examines a possible response to the project’s challenge, with careful consideration of ergonomics, aesthetics in relation to your target customers’ expectations, and your brand identity. Through the exploration of material, color, and finish combinations, the visual and sensory personality of the product is clarified.
Based on the chosen direction, a detailed design is developed to formalize all the elements necessary for project implementation and to produce 3D renderings and prototypes to communicate the product.
Through prototyping, a functional product is realized to test its uses and ensure the effectiveness of the proposals before industrialization. It includes the integration of technical components and industrial rationalization to minimize the number of parts and optimize assembly time.
Validation & Industrialization
Subcontractors, suppliers, and assemblers are carefully selected to ensure high-quality series production. A pre-series can be produced to validate the design, test industrial feasibility, and obtain certifications.
The industrialization phase includes the product bill of materials, assembly guides, and quality control procedures to guarantee reliable production that faithfully reflects the design.
Bio
Based in Brussels and a graduate of La Cambre, I collaborate with committed stakeholders to create durable and functional objects, contributing to more responsible consumption.
Co-founder of Daurema, I work on sustainable energy solutions, particularly the design of repairable batteries integrating second-life cells. I'm also co-founder of Earthstone, a business that turns excavated earth into interior objects.
